We employ highly experienced professionals who are well versed in every aspect of today’s medical practice. From credentialing and contract review to accounts receivable resolution, each of our staff has a proven track record of success!

Healthcare is one of the most highly regulated industries in the country. Governmental, state, board, and academy rules and regulations change constantly. The professionals at Madix, PSC strive to remain current on all these ever changing rules and regulations that effect the daily operations of a successful healthcare organization. This allows our clients to focus on the optimal healthcare their patients and public expect of them.

eScribeSolutions, Inc. (eSSI) began in 1992 as a small local transcription company in southeast Virginia. In 1995, after steady growth, eScribeSolutions incorporated and opened additional offices.

eSSI was founded by a group of hospital administrators in response to the growing need for reliable ancillary medical services outsourcing. Initially envisioned as only a local service company, it was soon discovered that the local outsourcing problem was actually a national concern, and in 1995 the first of our overseas production centers was opened on the southwest coast of India in Bangalore. In the upcoming years, additional centers were opened in central India, and in southeast India. In 1999, eScribeSolutions, India was recognized as one of India’s most technologically advanced and well-run transcription companies in the country. Additional accolades and international recognition lead to a meeting with the Irish Consulate and an invitation to start a production center in Ireland.

Accepting work from US government agencies often came with the prohibition of sending work offshore, and so our US-based transcription service was expanded. Additionally, to alleviate growing concerns regarding the quality of offshore work, our Quality Assurance is performed in the US.

Our current national footprint encompasses 40 states, and we are growing. Our customer base runs the gamut from single provider practices to multi-hospital health systems and everything in between. We have been called “angels” by health administrators whose in-house transcription services were lagging behind, and devils by larger, less-nimble transcription behemoths whose infrastructure costs prohibit them from undercutting our prices.

Extricating clients from their transcription backlog predicaments is one of our fortes, and a prime reason why we have a 98% retention rate with our clients. In one instance, a large hospital was almost 3 months behind. We took the contract to catch the backlog up, caught them up in a few weeks, and then they offered us the entire hospital. They are still with us today (after almost ten years).
