Our HIPAA compliant web-based electronic medical records platform was designed in direct response to numerous client requests. Providers want real time accessibility to patients’ medical records, and practice managers want the chart room square footage for other uses. Our EMRexpress platform offers a solution to both problems.

Any authorized user, with a computer and an active high-speed Internet connection, will be able to securely access any record loaded into the system. Providers may access a patient’s medical records from anywhere during their busy schedule. If a patient is seen in an emergency department, their provider can securely send any pertinent medical record via fax or email directly to that emergency department.

Past medical records can be scanned, uploaded into the system, indexed, and made electronically available via any computer with an Internet connection. All types of patient medical records can be uploaded including printed documents, digital documents, digital images of X-ray studies, MRI studies, tomograms, EKG’s, etc. Future versions will allow for the uploading of video and audio files as well. Going forward, all documents and images will be automatically made available through the same system.

The HIPAA compliant system is hosted and maintained by eScribeSolutions, Inc. The system is stable on any PC using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a Windows XP or higher operating system. The only additional software required to use the system is a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher (freeware).

There is no software to buy, other than your PC’s operating system. The required servers and software licenses are purchased by and maintained by eScribeSolutions, Inc. A modest initial fee and monthly/annual maintenance fee are your only expenses.
