THE PROCESS:

 

If not using the scheduler in EMRexpress, your practice will fax or email us your appointment list several days in advance.

We call each and every patient on your appointment calendar and give them the date, time, name of the caregiver they are going to see, your phone number to call to cancel or reschedule as necessary, and other pertinent information as determined by your office.

"The Doctor's Office" will show up on the patient's caller ID.

We can send a report each day on which calls were completed, and which ones were not.
