To date, we have been able to interface with all modern EMR platforms. We will need the assistance of your IT professional to make the transition smooth. In almost all cases, the time requirement from your IT department should be less than eight man-hours.

If your office does not yet have an EMR, we can offer you our EMR platform in conjunction with a signed medical transcription contract.

The transcription process is relatively straight forward, and can be automated. Your care provider (physician, nurse practitioner, psychologist, etc.) will dictate using any number of methods. We provide a toll free telephone number for your care providers to call in their dictation, your providers can use your already-in-use dictation process, or your provider may transcribe using a digital hand held device. The dictation is transmitted to, or recorded directly on our servers. The transcription is completed and transferred through secure FTP daily or emailed.

We are one hundred percent HIPAA compliant and exceed JCAHO quality assurance requirements. We offer full and partial outsourcing.
